I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and provide Diabetes Care Certification Classes

With a single client or a group, we prepare a menu and discover their store

Vegetable Garden Design
 

We create the client’s desired nutritional menu then design a vegetable garden that will support those meals. The vegetable gardens are functional but also low maintenance and beautiful. Flowers invite pollinators, a bird bath invites bug-eating birds and benches invite relaxation. I work with the client’s local garden centers and landscapers.

Typical Visits

One

The first meeting is for gathering personal information about my new client’s health, family history, lifestyle, diet, culture

Two

Then I provide basic nutrition information, suggested meal plans and recipes that can make a difference in their health and help them decide what small step they can take first, to start on a healthier path.

Three

The follow up visits answer questions and help them transition into their own personal healthier diet and life style.
